SICARIO is a Phase II Basket trial designed to test the effect of endovascular thrombectomy on three-month functional outcomes in eligible acute ischemic stroke patients with a large baseline ischemic core, and will be undertaken in two populations defined by the size of the baseline perfusion core lesion volume.
